Dr. Percy Miller is a highly experienced neurosurgeon and medicolegal specialist based in Johannesburg, South Africa. His work involves preparing detailed independent medicolegal reports and providing expert opinion for both plaintiff and defendant attorneys.

960 medicolegal reports completed while in private neurosurgical practice (1991–2014)
